This custom necklace was made of .925 sterling silver and electrum (13.48 % gold, 77.95% silver, 8.25% copper) to emulate La Tène Celtic motifs. The center medallion is a triskelion design based on the Amfreville Gaulish helmet from 350 BCE. The left medallion is based on the Witham Shield from the same time period. The right medallion is based on the Battersea Shield, also from the same time period.
The entire piece is handcrafted using traditional silversmithing techniques. It's a truly unique piece custom-made to reflect the client's family heritage and represents a modern addition to the Celtic Revival style. If you are interested in something similar, feel free to contact us.
